The hotel was fairly clean with magnificent location in a quiet lovely area and nicely decorated rooms. Location: the property was not far from San Miguel de Allende, Mall grocery store and Queretaro. Cafe Leter Shop was located 15 minutes walk away

Marvellous and magnificent location not very far from a cultural museum. Excellent service, pleasant staff. Climate control, a private safe, and a writing table in the room and the comfortable bed.

Room had air conditioning, tv, and a private bathroom. Shampoo and towels were provided. The spa facilities were nice for some relaxing time. It's located near a bus stop to the downtown area. The dining options were decent, though service could be better.

So I spent one night at this hotel, and it was pretty nice. They had this restaurant where I got some Quesadillas that were just fantastic! The staff were super friendly, doing their best to help you out with whatever you needed .

Great views from the rooms 🌄 the staff here were super friendly and really went out of their way to help us. Overall, the service was top-notch. Plus, there's convenient parking nearby.
